Location

The apartments are in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Chamkar Mon, near the Bassac river and the bridges to Diamond Island (Koh Pich). By the property's own figures, the convention and exhibition centre on Diamond Island is about 9 minutes away, Aeon Mall is 1.6 km off, the Royal Palace 2.7 km and Wat Phnom, in the north of the old centre, 4.8 km.

That makes it handy for conferences and shopping, with the main sights a short tuk-tuk or ride-hail trip north.
