Questions about a booking
We don't handle bookings. If you booked through one of our links, your booking is with the partner (for example Booking.com) and the hotel. Contact them directly to change or cancel a booking, ask about a payment or request a refund. Their contact details are in your booking confirmation.
Corrections
If a hotel page has wrong information, tell us the page address and what needs changing. Hotel owners are welcome to send corrections too.
