Staywren is operated by the Staywren team ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@staywren.com.

2. What this site is

Staywren is a comparison and information site about hotels and other places to stay. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We don't sell travel, take bookings or take payments.

3. Bookings are made with our partners

When you follow a link to a booking partner, any booking you make is a contract between you, that partner and the property. The partner's terms and the property's policies (including prices, taxes, cancellation and payment) apply. Please read them before you book.

4. Accuracy of information

We write hotel and destination information carefully, from the property's listing and general sources. Facilities, policies and prices change, and we can't guarantee every detail is current. Where our information differs from the partner's listing or your booking confirmation, theirs takes priority. Please check anything important, such as accessibility or facilities you rely on, with the partner or property before booking.

5. Photos and brand names

Hotel names and photos are used to identify the properties. They belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the hotels listed unless we say so.

6. Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. Please don't copy our content in bulk, scrape the site, or use it in a way that harms the site or other users.

7. Our liability

We provide the site free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for bookings, services or disputes with partners or properties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.

8. Links to other sites

We link to partner sites and other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
