Overview

Bungalows rather than a block of rooms give Phi Phi Sea Sky Resort its character. Each one is air-conditioned and has a private balcony, and depending on which you get, the view is either out to sea or over the garden.

Location

The resort puts Loh Dalum Bay Beach about 10 minutes away on foot. Loh Dalum is the sheltered bay on the north side of the isthmus, with calm water by day and beach bars after dark.

From there, Tonsai village and the ferry pier are a short walk across the island. There are no cars on Phi Phi Don, so expect to walk with your luggage or use one of the porters with carts at the pier.

Good to know

• Ask for a sea-view bungalow if the view matters; some face the garden instead.
• The old site called the resort beachfront, but its own directions give a 10-minute walk to the beach.
