La Plage Resort
A small beach club with a pool and a French-leaning kitchen on the south coast
We don't have photos of La Plage Resort yet. You'll find photos of the rooms on our partner's site.
Overview
The full name, La Plage Resort & Beach Club, gives the game away: this is a compact place built around the sand and a swimming pool, with a beach club feel rather than a big-resort one. It has around ten units, so it stays fairly intimate.
Food is a bigger part of the picture than at most small resorts on this coast. The restaurant cooks French, Mediterranean and Thai dishes from breakfast through to dinner, and there's a bar by the pool for the cocktail hour. Between swims you can sit out on the sun deck, the terrace or in the garden, and staff can set up massages, diving and cooking classes.
Accommodation is split between beach bungalows, deluxe bungalows and double rooms facing the beach, the sea or the garden. Expect air-conditioning, a minibar, a kettle and an in-room safe, and some units have a balcony.
