The address is 253 Calle de la Fortaleza, a street named after La Fortaleza, the governor's residence and a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the city's forts. Castillo San Felipe del Morro is around 1.4 km away by the property's figures, and Castillo San Cristóbal and the small Capilla del Cristo are within walking distance.

For a swim, the property points to Escambrón Beach, about 2.7 km away, just beyond the walls on the way towards Condado. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is on the eastern side of the metropolitan area, usually a taxi ride of 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.
