That's a walkable distance in the cooler evening, or a very short tuk-tuk hop in the midday heat.
Angkor Wat is about 7 km to the north. Most visitors hire a tuk-tuk or driver for the day, and the hotel can help with bicycles if you'd rather pedal to the nearer temples.
