The residence is on Peter John Road in Cole Bay (Koolbaai), on the Dutch side of the island, Sint Maarten. Princess Juliana International Airport is about 2 km away according to the property, and Simpson Bay Beach around 2.9 km.

Simpson Bay's restaurants and marinas are nearby, and Maho Beach, famous for the planes that pass low overhead on their approach to the runway, is a short drive further west. The border with the French side, Saint-Martin, is open, so Marigot and Grand Case are easy day trips by car.
